  • Don't worry,Phil. I don't think that anyone has worked this one out yet. How one works out compensation based on economic value-added to the company - apart from traders of course :) A pre-requisite for this is some sort of internal market to a company for services. Think I may post tomorrow along these lines: reminds me of a discussion I had with someone some years ago.
